Quick Boot Camp Blaster!

When I am short on time, I head to the back yard with my hand weights and kettle ball and sort of do a quick collection of all the moves I can remember from classes.  It seems to be different every time, as my brain forgets and remembers new forms of workout torture. 

 This is a little Boot Camp Blaster that I do when I am short on time or want to squeeze in some weight work before diving or riding.  Give it a whirl and check out the videos on the bottom for some moves you may have never heard of ;)

Quick Boot Camp Blaster!

10 Squats (10 lbs)
10 Goblet Squats with a Press (10 lb Kettle Ball)
20 Push press (20 lbs)
20 Tricep Push ups
10 Push Ups 
10 Burpees
20 Walking Lunges (20 lbs)
5 Renegades
10 Full Sit Ups (10 lbs)
20 Bicycle Crunches
20 Box Jump/Squats 
20 Mountain Climbers

Goblet Squat:  How To Video 
(we add a push press at the top of the squat!)

Renegades: How To Video
(we jump up sort of like a Burpee, and add a press at the top as well between each renegade!)
