When deleting images off my phone trying to make space for new ones (yes... I take a lot of pictures). I realized I never really finished my Jackson/Wyoming recap. SO today we are talking about Nora's Fish Creek Inn, located in downtown Wilson, Wyoming, just outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

"When Nora Tygum purchased an old Log Cabin in downtown Wilson, Wyoming in 1986, to turn into a restaurant, she never imagined it would win a Coveted James Beard Award in 2012 or Featured on Guy Fieri’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives in 2014!!! Today, her daughter Kathryn and son Trace are having fun and working hard to keep the restaurant going strong. NORA’S continues to serve the Best Breakfast in the Jackson area, including their World FamousHuevos Rancheros, Trout & Eggs and Amazing Pancakes. Probably the best Bloodies I have ever had.
Homemade and extra spicy.
She is known for her juevos rancheros and trout and eggs.
So we had to get them both.
You can add meat to your ranchero dish, I added chorizo and it was an excellent choice.
Perfectly cooked beautiful piece of fish. Both dishes were amazing and had some healthy portions. And yes that is a whopping side of biscuits and gravy in the corner that comes as a side.
If you are in Jackson, do not miss Nora's.
But be prepared to go early or wait in a long line, it is a popular spot!
