Variety is the spice of life.  And the success to my workout/weight loss program.  I wanted to make a page where you readers could see different classes/workouts and read about them.

I also just got certified (through the University) as a group fitness instructor.  The class was pretty focused on teaching Spin (which I know feel I could do comfortably) but my focus is HIIT/Tabata.  These are the style of classes I have always taken and LOVED.

Let me start by saying I am not a "pro marathoner".  I have only run two. If you have run enough to count on both hands, then this page isn't for you.  But if you are a beginner marathoner, or looking to run your first marathon, and want to see how I did it, then stay a while.
